On October 27, 2020 the Deputy Prime Minister of Khabarovsk Krai Evgeny Nikonov dismissed the director of edge budget network of drugstores Pharmacy Denis Ulybyshev for the fact that that refused to buy pneumonia medicine, the caused COVID-19 coronavirus. Nikonov announced such decision at a meeting of the regional headquarters on a coronavirus.
According to the statement of the regional Ministry of Health, Ulybyshev against the background of deficit of a number of medicines refused to buy from the Khabarovsk JSC Dalkhimfarm antibiotics with the proved efficiency of treatment of COVID pneumonia.
The management of the enterprise suggested to buy medicines in enough for needs of Khabarovsk Krai, "but the head of KGBUZ Pharmation Denis Ulybyshev refused purchase, and medicines were sent to other regions of the country", explained in the ministry.
We saw excessive demand for these medicines from Novosibirsk, Omsk, Primorye. Other regions began to buy up actively at us these drugs. Ourselves suggested the edge enterprise "Pharmation" to make stocks, but answered us that there is no requirement. And now ask antiviral, but we, unfortunately, at once cannot release all amounts, - the chief executive of JSC Dalkhimfarm Irina Guseva explained a situation. |
Commenting on this information, Denis Ulybyshev tried to explain that deficit of antiviral medicines is mentioned not only in state, but also in commercial drugstores.

As the press service of the edge government reported, Dalkhimfarm increased production of drugs, recommended by the Russian Ministry of Health at treatment of a koronavirusny infection. In particular, in 2020 the company produced several times more febrifuge and antibiotics.[1]
