Biography

Born August 30, 1967 in the city of Orel.

In 1991 he graduated from the History Department of the Oryol state pedagogical Institute with a degree history in history, Soviet law and social studies.

In 1995 he graduated from the graduate school of Oryol State University.

In 2010 he graduated from the Law Faculty of Oryol State University.

1997: Oryol City Administration

From 1997 to 2006 he worked in the administration of the city of Orel. The last position is the deputy mayor of the city of Orel for the interaction of local governments, organizational and personnel work.

2006: Member of the Oryol City Council of People's Deputies

In 2006, he was elected to the Oryol City Council of People's Deputies of the third convocation, chairman of the committee on social policy.
