Biography, career

Graduated from the University of the city of Sydney on specialties "History and Psychology", "English and Literature". Olga got second higher education in "Information technologies in archiving" at the New South West University.

Olga Pavlovna has extensive work experience in the international IT companies.
Australia:

• 1983-84 - Toshiba company;
• 1984-87 - Wang Computer company;
• 1987-89 - Digital Equipment Corporation company;

Great Britain:

• 1989-91 - DEC company;

Russia:
For the first time Olga Vayt appeared in Moscow in 1991 where four years Russia held a post of the commercial director of DIGITAL. Progress on implementation of payment systems for the Central Bank and Savings Bank of Russia is directly connected with her name. Working here, Olga was convinced that Russia is more open for implementation of the last achievements of information technologies, than the majority of the developed western countries. But for the Russian customers more individual and creative approach, but not the impersonal and bureaucratized practice accepted in most the western companies was required.

In Russia the acute shortage of the companies independent of the equipment manufacturers ready to understand specifics of business of the customer was always felt and to provide it "turnkey" solution. A choice was made and in 1996 Olga Vayt left DIGITAL and formed the team which after a number of structural reorganization since 1997 exists as Group Smart of Technology. Start in September, 1997 to the first stage of an automated system of the payment of journey in Moscow Metro developed and implemented in record time became the first success of the young company.

Hobby

In free time Olga Vayt is fond of konkurny sport. She takes active part in the organization and competitions on Horse-racing CSKA Base. With its help all sports and training fields were recovered, stables, ventilation, lighting are repaired and the internal interior of an arena is updated. Olga Pavlovna cannot seldom be met among participants of competitions in an amateur class.

One more place where Olga Vayt with pleasure spends free time - it is the Russian and international sailing regattas in the class Dragon. In 2008 she was selected by the President of Association of yachts of the class Dragon.
