2012 - The Stavropol plant of Vladimir Polyakov's Monocrystal OJSC began construction of a plant for the production of metallization pastes in the Chinese city of Guangzhou. The plant in China will be the first foreign enterprise "Monocrystal"^[8].

OJSC Concern Energomer Vladimir Polyakov acquired a 100% stake in PKF Atlas OJSC (a manufacturer of materials for the electronic industry).
