Alexander Vlasov is appointed the deputy CEO – the director of the Perm branch of telecommunication of Uralsvyazinform company since February 24, 2011. His candidacy was approved by Board of Directors of the company. Worked in a position till December, 2012.
Alexander Vlasov was born on June 7, 1967 in Atyashevsky district Mordovian the ASSR. In 1991 graduated from the Kuibyshev electrotechnical institute of communication majoring in "A radio communication and broadcasting".
In 1991-1998 worked as the engineer, the lead engineer of GPSI "Rossvyazyinform" of the Perm region based on whom in 1994 the Uralsvyazinform company was created. Since 1998 – the head of department of cellular technologies, television and broadcasting of Uralsvyazinform. In 2000-2002 – the associate director on technical and investment policy of production of cellular communication of the GSM standard, the deputy CEO for cellular technologies of Uralsvyazinform.
After conversion of Uralsvyazinform to interregional company of communication in 2002 held a position of the director of the department of cellular communication, radio relay lines, radio - and telecastings of general directorate of the company. Since 2005 worked as the associate director – the technical director of Interregional branch of cellular communication (MRFSS) of Uralsvyazinform. Since November, 2009 – the acting director of MRFSS. Since March 1, 2010 held a position of the deputy CEO – directors of MRFSS of Uralsvyazinform.
