Education

Hayss received MBA degrees in information technology field and finance at NEOMA Business School Reims and MBA business school in the field of business and the international finance at INSEAD business school.

Career

Hayss held in Xerox a position of the controller and chief financial officer of Xerox in North and South America and also headed different divisions in the field of sales, quality control, transformation of business and finance. Besides, Hayss directed the organization of financial transactions and the separated services of the European technology business Xerox in 16 countries on a post of the chief financial officer of the company in Europe.

Appointment to a position of the executive vice president and the president of Xerox in EMEA region

On February 26, 2020 Xerox announced Xavier Hayss's appointment to a position of the executive vice president and the president of Xerox in EMEA region (Europe, the Middle East and Africa). Hayss entered a position on February 29, 2020. John Vicentin, the CEO and the vice chairman of the board of Xerox became his direct head.

Xavier has outstanding experience of successful conversions of business and achievement of good results of his knowledge and work experience in the company will allow it to open the next chapter in development of our business in the region of EMEA and again to provide growth of Xerox in this market, comments Vicentin

From the duty Hayss was released by Hervé Tesslera who left the company at the end of February.

Appointment as the chief financial executive

In December, 2020 Xavier Hayss is appointed the chief financial executive (CFO) of Xerox company. On a temporary basis he fulfilled duties of CFO since September, 2020. As the chief financial officer Xavier Hayss also the vice chairman of the board of Xerox submits to John Vicentin, the CEO.
