Was born in Ufa on October 22, 1961.

The electrical engineer graduated from the Ufa aviation institute.

Career

• 1984-1986 - engineer of department engineering cybernetics of UAI;

• 1986-1992 - graduate student of full-time postgraduate study, senior teacher of department engineering cybernetics of UAI;

• 1992-1994 - head of department, director of the department of the international incorporated bank "Vostok";

• 1995-1998 - chief of scientific and technical management of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and Environmental Safety of the Republic of Bashkortostan;

• 1998-2005 - Deputy Minister for Civil Defense and Emergencies of the Republic of Bashkortostan;

• 2005-2010 - the deputy head of department on emergencies at the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan;

• Since 2010 - the Deputy Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

• As of January 23, 2013 held a post of the Deputy Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

• From 2013 to 2014 worked as the head of the Agency on information technologies of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
