Was born in 1972. Graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, studied financial disciplines in Amsterdam Institute of Finance (Netherlands). All professional activity of Mr. Yasinsky is connected with work in the IT market. In 1994 Mr. Yasinsky comes to Kvazar-micro company to a position of the product manager of Intel, then becomes the director of business development. From February, 2004 to March, 2006 holds a post of the vice president for finance of Kvazar-micro company. In 2006-2007 Mr. Yasinsky worked in JSC Sitronics at a position of the senior vice president and also dealt with issues of strategic development of Kvazar-micro company as the board member of the company.
In March, 2008 Vladimir Yasinsky is appointed to a post of the president of Sitronics Information Technologies company. In July, 2012 left the company in connection with intention to develop own business projects in IT market of Ukraine.
