2008-2011

Yermolov held a post of the president of PSN since September, 2008th in April 2011. Before arrival to PSN in 2008 headed Cryogenmash company, the supplier of technical gases and the equipment for air separation.

2020: Dmitry Yermolov is the new owner of PSN

On October 23, 2020 the new owner of the PSN development group which was earlier belonging to Dmitry Ananyev became known. Him is Dmitry Yermolov who was the president of this group earlier.

That a beneficial owner of residential complexes under construction of group which was known as "Promsvyaznedvizhimost" earlier is Dmitry Yermolov, reported RBC with reference to project declarations. This information was confirmed by Sergey Kovalyov, Dmitry Ananyev's lawyer.

According to the lawyer, the transaction between Ananyev and Yermolov was concluded in 2018 after "Ananyev left Promsvyazbank". Kovalyov explained that PSN had many credits, possibilities of financing of construction business fell after Promsvyazbank was transferred to the state. Yermolov then expressed readiness to purchase this business.

The lawyer Ananyeva added that by October 23, 2020 the credits of development group issued by Promsvyazbank and Vozrozhdeniye bank are refinanced. Sberbank became the main creditor of PSN.

Promsvyazbank reported to the edition that the credit institution is a creditor of developer PSN:

As notes RBC, by October, 2020 the largest objects of PSN in the market of a commercial real estate are among business quarter Novospassky on Derbenevskaya Embankment (111.7 thousand sq.m) and business center "Arbat, 1" (42 thousand sq.m). On them the group looks for buyers.

In January, 2020 Dmitry Yermolov became the managing director of the Greek division of manufacturing company of technical Air Liquide gases.[1]
