Biography

He has 3 higher educations: engineering and physical, economic, engineering and technical. In 2008 he graduated from the MVA VSHB Moscow State University. He specializes in the design of control systems and the design of complex changes in the organization.

He has been associated with the IT industry since 1992. Until 2001, he was Deputy Head of the Aviation Security and Visa Control Department of Pulkovo-2 GUAP Pulkovo Airport.

He worked on the side of customers and executors performing consulting and implementation projects, was engaged in the implementation of complex information systems and systems in the field of information security. He has more than 30 successful projects throughout Russia, more than 40 publications in specialized media, and is a member of the expert council of the IT Manager magazine.

From 2010 to 2012, he served as head of the department of the Committee for Economic Development, Industry and Trade Support of the Government of St. Petersburg.

As of August 2012, it was:

• Member of the Board of the St. Petersburg Club of IT Directors,
• Member of the Management Board of the Russian Union of IT Directors,
• Co-Chair of the CoDIT Information Security Committee,
• Member of the Informatization Committee of the Public Council under the Governor of St. Petersburg.
