2023: Appointment as CEO
On October 4, 2023, the French corporation Atos, specializing in system integration, cloud computing, business process outsourcing, security solutions and big data management, announced the appointment of a new CEO. It was Yves Bernaert, who replaced Nourdine Bihmane at this post.
Atos appointed Bihman to the position of CEO in July 2022 - about a month after Rodolphe Belmer left this position. The latter headed the company from October 2021. Thus, in just two years, Atos replaced three CEOs.

This is a possible sale of Tech Foundations, which provides infrastructure management services (data center, hosting and outsource services for business processes). A deal like this would allow Atos to focus on cybersecurity and Atos data processing.[1]
