Zakharov Sergey Dmitrievich

Zakharov Sergey Dmitrievich is the chief of Federal State Budgetary Institution UGMS Respubliki Tatarstan.

Biography

Sergey was born on October 29, 1951 in the city of Kazan.

In 1975 Sergey graduated from biological faculty of the Kazan state university majoring in "the biologist, the conservation specialist".

From 1975 to 1985 worked at Mosgiprovodkhoza Institute as the design engineer, in the city of Vladimir; at the plant of Ordzhonikidze, at first as the engineer head of group of the central plant laboratory, then – shop manager No. 401, the city of Murom (1976 - 1984); at the RIP Plant the chief of OG bureau, the city of Murom (1985).

Since 1985 Zakharov works in a gidrometsluzhba of the Republic of Tatarstan, at first as the associate director of the Kazan gidrometobservatoriya (Kazan by GMO it is renamed into the Tatar Center for hydrometeorology (TRTsGM), TRTsGM it is renamed into the Center for hydrometeorology and monitoring of the environment of the Republic of Tatarstan (TsGMS RT), then in 1998 is appointed to the position of the chief of the Center for hydrometeorology and monitoring of the environment of the Republic of Tatarstan (TsGMS RT).

For February 11, 2014 Sergey Dmitrievich Zakharov works as the chief of Federal State Budgetary Institution UGMS Respubliki Tatarstan.

Candidate of Biology.

Honorary title "Honored meteorologist of the Russian Federation".

It is awarded with the Medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" of the II degree.
