2020
Since 2020, Elena Zaritskaya has been a member of the board of directors of Abrau-Durso Group of Companies, for 25 years she has held high positions in Russian private and state-owned companies. One of her major projects in the industry was the purchase of assets of the Yubileinaya winery in 2020.
2023: Appointment as CEO of Abrau-Durso
On November 1, 2023, Elena Zaritskaya, who previously headed the group's investment activities, became the official new CEO of Abrau-Durso. She replaced Vladimir Maslovsky, who headed the wine producer for ten years. He resigned of his own free will, his new place of work was not disclosed.
In addition to changing the head of the group, the board of directors also decided to change the GC management system "in order to move from a vertical to a more autonomous structure for key business units." Within the GC, it is planned to create two new divisions.
The first of them will be the center for managing the production assets of the Abrau Bev group, where the capacity for the production and sale of wines, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be concentrated: "from the vine to the sales shelf." The center will be headed by Oleg Petko, who previously served as commercial director and head of the Abrau trading house.
The second unit will be the tourist project management center of the 3E (Eco-Eno-Etno) group under the leadership of Irina Goncharova, a member of the board of directors, who previously held the position of vice president of the Abrau-Durso Group of Companies for special projects and tourism.
We must meet the demands of time, and it dictates greater flexibility, speed in decision-making, a high level of digitalization and automation of business processes. Our new appointments and changes in the structure will allow the company to be more maneuverable, it is easier to work in rapidly changing realities and effectively move forward, ahead of the market, - commented Pavel Titov, President, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abrau-Durso Group of Companies.[1] |
