Biography

Born in the city of Georgievsk, in Stavropol Territory 2007 he graduated from the North Caucasus Social Institute with a degree in applied computer science economics. Received education in terms of management state and municipal orders, IT asset management, is a certified project management specialist.

He has experience in the field of telecommunications, information systems and management of technological teams. Over the years, he worked at the Ministry of Energy, Industry and Communications of the Stavropol Territory, the North Caucasus Bank of Sberbank of Russia, in the RosIntegration group of companies, RosIntegration Labs. From 2019 to 2020 he was the director of projects at RT MIS. He was in charge of federal projects on Uniform State Health Information System, MHIF, VIMIS, as well as crisis management in the field of regional medicine.

2024: General Director of RT MIS

On March 25, 2024, RT MIS LLC announced the appointment of Dmitry Zima as the company's general director. Previously, he served as Development Director - Deputy General Director of BARS Group JSC. As the head of the company, Dmitry Zima focused on improving the quality and reliability of services, as well as increasing the satisfaction of users of medical organizations and healthcare organizers of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

Dmitry Zima was replaced as General Director of RT MIS by Alexander Martynenko, who headed the company since February 2022, who was appointed Vice President for the Creation and Development of State Information Systems of Rostelecom, General Director of RT Communications Systems JSC.
