Biography
Born in 1958 in Kharkov.
In 1980 he graduated from the mechanics of Kharkov University with a degree in mathematics.
In 1982 he moved to Moscow and joined the Russian Information and Computing Center of the Ministry of Health of the RSFSR (now TsNIIIOZ). Since then he has been working in the field of IT in medicine.
Until 1988, he led the development of the information and analytical Blood Service of the RSFSR.
In 1988 he moved to the Hematological Scientific Center. The first to introduce bar coding in the preparation of donor blood.
Since 2001, he has been developing the IIA of the Hematological Scientific Center.
