On November 6, 2015 in Samara there took place the conference devoted to the latest developments in the field of information technologies for medicine. The CROC Volga region system integrator together with Intel, Aquarius, EMC, Cisco and APC by Schneider Electric was told about innovations which can be applied in medical institutions. Solutions for the organization of jobs of doctors, electronic queues, power supply systems of medical institutions were presented. Besides, questions and problems of creation of the integrated information solutions on ensuring personal data protection and the organization of safe exchange of medical information between departments were considered.

According to the director of CROC Volga region Samara, Konstantin Hlobostov, "in comparison with other industries, information technologies came to health care with lateness. But now and this sphere undergoes significant changes, become the integral component of modern medicine. Today information technologies can significantly facilitate life to both doctors, and patients. It is difficult to provide modern medical institution without servers, wireless networks, modern jobs and reliable power supply. On the one hand, heads of medical institutions understand that it is impossible to remain in the 20th century, with another, they have most often not enough information on technologies and they do not see how technologies will allow to save resources. Such actions we want to show that innovations — it is not so difficult and inaccessible as can seem".

The conference brought together more than 30 representatives of the largest medical institutions of Samara and the Samara region. Being present discussed with speakers and experts of feature of use of software products and the equipment. Participants had an opportunity to come into business contacts with potential partners and contractors, to discuss all interesting issues with colleagues, to get professional advice.

Upon termination of an official part of a conference among guests the traditional autumn billiards CROC Volga region tournament was held. Winners of a tournament received gifts from vendors, were awarded with memorable diplomas and cups for the first, second and third place.
