The Software development / CEE-SECR conference will take place on October 28-29 in Moscow, in the Digital October center. This year the CEE-SECR 2016 conference will take place already for the twelfth time and will bring together more than 600 participants: from programmers to project managers and the organizations and also representatives of scientific community, entrepreneurs and investors.
