1 - On December 2, 2020 the international eLearning Stakeholders and Researchers Summit conference (eSTARS 2020) organized by Higher School of Economics and the platform of global education Coursera will take place. For the third time organizers will collect on one platform of the international stakeholders from the state, the academic community, business, researchers and experts for discussion of this and future online education.

The conference will be opened by the rector of Higher School of Economics National Research University Yaroslav Kuzminov, the director of Coursera Jeff Madzhionkalda and the president of UNICA Luciano Saso.

Over 100 experts of the industry and representatives of the universities of Australia, the USA, Europe and Asia will discuss how there is a global digitalization of economy and education in the current conditions that is coming to online training and in what key points universities and stakeholders should concentrate the efforts.

Speakers at the university session organized by Higher School of Economics and Network of the universities of the capitals of Europe (UNICA) will tell about the price of Novaya Gazeta of student's mobility and availability of the higher education. Among the major questions of a discussion there is an influence of a pandemic on the organization of training at the universities of the world, a problem which leading universities of Australia, Asia, Europe and Russia in 2020, models of transformation of the higher education faced.

Speakers: vice rector of Higher School of Economics National Research University Sergey Roshchin, vice rector for public relations and university networks of the Bucharest university, state councilor of the minister of the higher education of Romania Sorín Costreye, vice rector of the Autonomous University of Madrid Karmela Kales, adviser by training of Katarsky of fund of education, health care and social development Frantsisko Marmolekho, vice rector of the university of the Southern Queensland Ji Wren and cochairman of Institute of intellectual training of Beijing Normal University of Rongkhua Huang.

During a round table "New trajectories of education" experts from Quacquarelli Symonds, Coursera and Higher School of Economics National Research University in a format of a free discussion will concern strategic questions of digitalization of education. Among speakers — the head of department of work with the universities (Coursera) Nick La Russo, the director of online training of Higher School of Economics National Research University Evgenia Kulik, the director of Bank institute, professor of Higher School of Economics National Research University Vasily Solodkov, the head of school of finance of Higher School of Economics National Research University, ordinary professor Irina Ivashkovskaya managing the international laboratory of the applied network analysis of Valentin Kuskov, the leading researcher of laboratory of algorithms and technologies of the analysis of network structures, professor of Higher School of Economics National Research University Andrey Savchenko.

The conference for the first time takes place in an online format.
