2025: Performance "1C-Rarus: Echo"
1C-Rarus has released a service that is embedded in software products on the 1C: Enterprise platform and provides speech recognition. Processing calls, meetings, interviews using 1C-Rarus: Echo will increase the efficiency of sales departments, call centers and support services. For testing the service, "1C-Rarus" provides up to 1000 minutes of free recognition per month. The developer announced this on June 5, 2025.
"1C-Rarus: Echo" is a service for translating voice into text. The service is integrated into the programs of the 1C: Enterprise system.
Call recognition helps you respond more quickly to customer requests, reduce the burden on staff, and monitor the quality of service. Transcription of meetings, meetings and interviews saves time and simplifies decision-making.
"1C-Rarus: Echo" is based on artificial intelligence technologies and guarantees the conversion of audio into text with an accuracy of 96%. The service can work with texts in 12 languages (new languages can be added on demand), converts numbers, dates and other data into the desired format, places punctuation marks and recognizes voice in dialogs.
To use the service, you can record a voice from a microphone or download an audio file. Data is processed on secure servers and deleted immediately after conversion.
1C-Rarus units have already appreciated the service. Over 12 months of testing the service within the company, more than 556 thousand minutes have been decrypted. The system saves time and helps in work, "said Dmitry Kazachkov, Managing Partner of 1C-Rarus. |
