2025: Corporate Action Payment and Notification Automation Product

Diasoft continues to develop the Corporate Actions product, which is part of the Depository solution. The product is intended for comprehensive processing of corporate actions (CD) of issuers: from informing depositors to distributing funds and securities. The company announced this on February 24, 2025.

Diasoft specialists have expanded the capabilities of the product in terms of informing about corporate actions. Now the product provides an opportunity to send shareholders information received from a higher depository and arbitrary information on the register of securities holders.

To inform you about corporate actions, the product also allows you to:

• send e-mail about events for securities holders;
• maintain a notification sending protocol in which you can see the text and the recipient of the letter;
• automatically register outgoing documents with the depository for each letter sent.

The updates also affected the product in terms of income payments for corporate actions. The updated version of the Enterprise Actions product supports the following functionality:

• calculation of planned amounts of payments both for the issuer as a whole and for holders of securities;
• pro rata distribution of income received from the Issuer to holders of securities;
• Integration with tax service to calculate withholding tax amounts
