The company "EMP" on March 27, 2025 presented a solution for secure remote medical services.

The EMP-Health digital platform is a comprehensive solution for medical institutions that allows you to conduct remote medical consultations, including within the framework of corporate insurance, maintain electronic medical records of patients with long-term data storage, track key health indicators and form personal recommendations, provide patients with a convenient online recording and remote support service.

Andrei Trunov, Business Development Director of EMP, highlighted the key challenges of digitalization of medical institutions related to tightening legislation in the field of personal data protection.

Digitalization of healthcare is impossible without strict compliance with information security requirements. In 2024, Roskomnadzor recorded 135 database leaks. As a result of these leaks, more than 710 million records with personal data got into the network, which confirms the relevance of this problem. The EMP-Health platform provides medical organizations with a safe and convenient environment for remote interaction with patients that meets all the requirements of Russian legislation, "said Andrei Trunov.

The EMP-Health platform is integrated with the ViPNet products of InfoTeCS, which allows for secure data transfer and storage in accordance with 152-FZ requirements. The platform is used in a large number of medical institutions. As part of one of the implemented cases, the medical research center organized correspondence consultations on traumatology and orthopedics with the ability to download radiological images and then record patients for hospitalization.
