Create an MCP server to quickly update AI services

Fork-Tech has developed the MCP Server (Model Context Protocol) - a solution that allows AI models to connect to external data and tools in real time, which reduces the time for new scenarios for users by 3-4 times, reduces operational costs and simplifies administration. The developer announced this on September 25, 2025.

The MCP server is built into Fork-Tech's Product Web Services (PWS) application and digital development platform. The module provides a new level of flexibility and manageability for enterprise AI services.

We have moved the behavior control of AI services to the PWS level. Now the business gets the opportunity to manage assistants as a full-fledged digital product - quickly, transparently and without additional costs, - said Vladislav Laptev, Director of Innovation at Fork-Tech.

For support chatbots or e-commerce, this means the ability to instantly adjust responses without the need for releases and global updates. Financial services will be able to centrally set new business rules - for example, quickly change the logic of client verification or report formats. HR assistants will be able to dynamically correct the logic of the questionnaire or automate selection according to new criteria without the intervention of developers.

According to the results of testing, the integration of the MCP server reduces the time for launching new scenarios and updating AI assistants by 3-4 times, and also reduces the risk of incorrect service responses by up to 90%. The module provides easier scaling capabilities: connecting new assistants or regional services without changing the kernel reduces integration work by up to 70%. Finally, MCP reduces the cost of supporting AI assistants by saving up to 20-30% of the budget on releases and testing updates.

PWS (Product Web Services) View

Fork-Tech has begun work on a universal platform for developing applications and any digital PWS (Product Web Services) client solutions. The platform will cover all the needs of the product team, ranging from distributions in the inner loop and A/B testing to tools for system intelligence. The PWS prototype will be available for beta testing on the project website in June 2025, with the MVP release slated for the end of the second quarter of 2025. The company announced this on April 4, 2025.

The PWS platform functionality aims to provide the product development team with all the tools needed to manage and improve client IT solutions without changing the code or deploying a new version. An analogue of PWS on the international market can be called Google Firebase, which until 2022 was used by many developers in Russia.

The platform will take into account the needs of not only front-end, but also back-end developers. Fork-Tech is applicable to mobile applications, web applications and backend, and will also support an access matrix and the ability to set an environment to check the operation of new functions.

PWS will be presented in three forms - on-premium, as well as on the SaaS model, which will make it available to teams from the small and medium-sized business segment. An important factor will also be the compliance of the product with all the requirements of the import substitution policy.

As part of the MVP, the Fork-Tech team will present the basic functionality required to distribute the solution to the customer's internal loop. The platform will implement the Remote Config mechanism (remote configuration). In addition, PWS will support Feature Toggles, with which the product team can quickly and flexibly control access to new application capabilities remotely.

The idea of PWS came to us when sanctions restrictions affected access from Russia to product development tools. In the Western market, there is a large selection of similar platforms that were previously available by Freemium subscription, which fully met the needs of IT teams. Within the framework of the MVP platform, we implement only basic tools for managing client services, but at the next stage we intend to provide users with the functionality necessary to conduct A/B tests to form full-fledged analytical reports on the work of solutions, - commented Vladislav Laptev, Director of Innovation Fork-Tech.
