Graviton and Hi-Tech: GraLinQ AI Universal Hardware AI Complex

Graviton, together with Hi-Tech, developed and presented GraLinQ AI for a universal hardware complex. Graviton announced this on June 9, 2025. The solution is designed for critical areas - from urban security to scientific research. GraLinQ AI is a tool for working with artificial intelligence technologies and provides companies and government organizations with the opportunity to deploy neural networks.

The GraLinQ AI hardware complex uses a server from Graviton based on the company's own domestic Onega motherboard. 80% of electronic modules of this model are developed and manufactured in Russia.

Thanks to the Russian LinQ HPD accelerators, the GraLinQ AI complex can be used in almost all industries where high performance and reliability are important. The maximum performance of the complex is 384 TOPS - trillions of operations per second - on a single device. One GraLinQ AI is able to simultaneously implement more than 16 different neural networks. When using multiple accelerators, performance increases in proportion to their number, which allows you to build systems of any power - from local solutions to large data centers.

Ultra-low processing latency plays a key role and is only 2.3 milliseconds for the ResNet-50 neural network. This indicator can be further reduced to 1.5 ms using specialized optimization tools offered by the LinQ framework compiler - DNN Quant and Graph Optimizer. The reliability of the system is ensured by a set of protective mechanisms, which includes memory error correction - ECC, freeze control system - Watchdog Timer, constant monitoring of power consumption and temperature mode, as well as adaptive control of the processor frequency to achieve optimal power consumption.

This complex can be used in various areas: in the video surveillance system and city security for face recognition and analysis of the road situation, in the field of biometrics and access control for fast processing of data with secure memory, in enterprise and cloud services for integrating AI solutions and recommendation systems, and in scientific research and drug development to accelerate complex computational processes and molecular modeling.

Thanks to cooperation with Hi-Tech, we have expanded the range of solutions for working with AI technologies. It is noteworthy that GraLinQ AI uses only domestic accelerators that are comparable in their characteristics to foreign counterparts, which allows it to be used even where special infrastructure requirements are imposed. It is no secret that for many sectors of the economy, be it medicine, finance, defense industry, etc., the use of trusted hardware solutions and platforms is critical, since only they are able to ensure proper security and data protection, - commented Alexander Filchenkov, head of the Graviton server and network systems department.
