The tool takes over initial communication with customers, creation of marketing materials and analysis of sales performance. This reduces time costs, allows you to pay more attention to working with customers, and, as a result, conclude more transactions. According to the company, the implementation of the platform will help the agent save up to 30% of working time.

For April 2025, the platform offers three basic services, their number is planned to be expanded every month. The first service is a tool for creating content. It generates stories and posts for social networks, the purpose of which is to draw attention to offers for the sale of apartments. Previously, agents had to write such texts themselves, select images or order everything from third-party suppliers. Now content can be created in a few clicks and immediately published.

The second service is an AI communications assistant. This is a chatbot that is the first to respond to customer messages, collect information about requests, specify details, and schedule meetings with the agent. So the realtor receives a prepared application, while at any time it can be included in the dialogue instead of an AI assistant. This reduces the burden on specialists and helps to quickly arrange meetings.

The third service analyzes the correspondence of agents with customers and gives recommendations for improving sales. AI assesses which phrases work more effectively, in which places the client loses interest and suggests where and how to change the communication strategy.
