2022: Delivery of prescription products

On March 25, 2022, Sber announced the launch of a quick delivery service for recipe products to prepare the right dish. We are talking about the project "Еда.ру," which is part of the company "Afisha" and is part of "SberInterior," combining the entertainment and advertising assets of the "Sbera" ecosystem.

On the Еда.ру website, users can find the recipe they like and immediately purchase a set of required ingredients that will automatically appear in the basket when you click the "Order delivery in SberMarket" button.

"Sber" launched a fast delivery service for prescription products

In order to check out, you need to specify the shipping address and select the nearest supermarket from which the courier will deliver the products. In the user's basket, the amount of each ingredient required for the selected recipe will be displayed - this will allow you to accurately calculate everything and not overpay. Product manufacturers in the order can be adjusted according to their preferences. To pay, the application "SberMarket" opens. If it is not installed, the smartphone will offer to download it.

By March 25, 2022, the service operates only in the mobile version of the Еда.ру site and is available in 160 cities and settlements of Russia. Delivery is carried out by SberMarket from large chain supermarkets - by March 25, 2022 these are Metro, Ashan and Magnit. In the near future, it is planned to connect eight more retailers.

As emphasized in Sber, the launch of the new service corresponds to the shoppable content trend established in the global market, which combines media consumption and online shopping processes.
