As a result of the spent fall of 2012 of upgrade the data center of Orange Business Services in the main part of the systems meets for reliability level the requirements of the Tier 3 standard, and by some parameters exceeds them. Changes first of all were directed to increase in extent of reservation, optimization of power supply and conditioning. As a result of reorganization the special zone for the client equipment was selected.

Technologies of new DPC provide 100 percent reservation that is provided with connection to two independent city power supply networks at once and also the diesel generator set calculated at full capacity data center. The conditioning system received reservation N+2 and the mode of cooling of freecooling air which allows to organize effectively the movement of flows of a cold and hot air in the technology premises, reducing at the same time energy consumption of all system.

Selection of a zone for the client equipment was caused by demand for services of collocation (Net Hosting) and increase in interest of clients in cloud services. In the selected zone the most modern "meter" racks expected a high load and connection of 5-8 kW of the electric power on a rack are placed.

The operating Moscow DPC of Orange Business Services conducts the history since 2003 when in connection with expansion of the areas the equipment of the company was transferred from placements of the Central telegraph on Andropov Avenue in Moscow. The Moscow DPC of Orange has the area over 800 sq.m and contains more than 300 racks.
