1С Connector

1C of Connector is a new product for work as a part of contact center on the Cisco UCCX and UCCE platform.

On October 1, 2013 the CTI company announced release of software of "1C of Connector" on the basis of solutions of Cisco and 1C: Enterprise.

Description

The 1C of Connector utility is the ready-made boxed solution intended for integration of attendant workstation of contact center at the platform of the solutions Cisco Unified Contact Center Express and Enterprise with product-based information systems of 1C: Enterprise 8.x. The solution can function in workplaces of Cisco Agent Desktop and Cisco Finesse operators.

Functionality

"1C of Connector" solves problems of automation of customer service by operators:

• automatic opening of a card of the client or information on rate/service which interests the customer at receipt of a call on attendant workstation;
• start of a script of service of a call or the polling questionnaire at an outgoing call in 1C for the operator;
• automatic introduction of data on a call to 1C with a binding to client/operator/service for the further analysis and many other things.
