1C: Managing our construction firm

1C: Managing Our Construction Firm is an industry-wide accounting automation solution in small and medium-sized construction companies. The solution allows you to organize operational accounting at these enterprises in accordance with industry and corporate specifics, as well as reporting and paying taxes for individual entrepreneurs.

2023: Introduction of the basic single-user version

From January 24, 2023, the line 1C": Management of our construction company" edition 3.0 has been replenished with the basic single-player version. Prices licenses will 1S:UNSF increase from April 1, 2023. Box deliveries have been withdrawn from sales.

The updated edition now completes all software products containing the configuration "1C: Management of our construction company."

2018: Key Industry Functionality

The main industry functionality of the program for June 2018:

• Construction Production Management:
• Construction schedules in the context of scenarios with adjustment and rescheduling functions;
• Interface of the employee of the Production and Technical Department (PTD) to form the requirements for resources and materials required during the work, as well as the organization and control of their implementation;
• Interface of the employee of the Planning and Economics Department (PED) to translate the planned and actual data into the budgeting subsystem;
• A Block that allows analyzing planned and actual data (progress, provision and use of materials, human resources, machines and mechanisms);
• Integration mechanism with cost estimate programs, loading of APC 1.10 files to form work schedules;
• Download the schedule from Microsoft Project.
• Logistics Management (MTS):
• Planning and control of supply of construction facilities with materials.

The configuration "Management of our construction company" is developed on the basis of the standard configuration "Management of our company" version 1.6 of the program system "Enterprise 1C 8," while maintaining all the basic capabilities and mechanisms of this standard solution. The configuration is not a standalone software product, it requires an installed platform 1C:Enterprise 8.3"" version at least 8.3.10.

The software product is protected and contains code fragments that cannot be changed by the user, is protected against unauthorized use. At the same time, the principle of maximum code openness is implemented to ensure the possibility of adapting the product to the needs of end users.
