The complex includes two software products – "1C-Bitrix: Official site of the state organization" and "1C-Bitrix: Internal portal of the state organization".

The presented ready-made solutions for creation of an internal information resource and the official site are held for use public authorities and local government. Solutions are created product-based "1C-Bitrix: Management of the website" and "1C-Bitrix: A corporate portal" are also adapted for problems of the websites and internal portals of the state organizations.

Structure of information on the website of the state organization, a method of its giving to visitors and rules of interaction with citizens by means of the website are regulated by the Federal law. The solution contains standard content which completely conforms to these requirements.

In the new version "1C-Bitrix: The official site of the state organization 9.0" the bigger number of "the standard websites" – web projects, ready to installation, with already created structure, standard information filling and templates of design at choice is implemented. In version 9.0 delivery of the solution, except the standard websites of local government authority, the municipal entity, authority of the subject of the Russian Federation and legislative authority, includes the standard websites of the project or target program, security agency, geographically distributed organization, public institution or enterprise now.

In the new edition the fault tolerance is provided with use of technology of a web cluster (with support of geographically distributed web cluster) and support of industrial DBMS (Oracle, MS SQL). Among other opportunities of expanded edition: a possibility of a step-by-step statement of materials of the website using the modules "Document Flow" and "Business processes", integration of authorization into the AD/LDAP servers and existence of special addresses of technical support 1C-Bitrix for operational permission of questions.

Information in the block can be presented in the form of banners pictures or text by HTML blocks with random data which can easily be edited through a control interface of the website without special skills of programming.

Changes happened also in standard structure of the website of the state organization, in demonstration filling. New pages and sections, such as Priorities, Civil service, "Open data", "Anti-corruption activity", "Terms of use of materials of the website" and others are added.
