2020: Subsystems "1C: Building pawnshop"

For July, 2020 software product "1C: The pawnshop CORP" provides accounting in the organizations which core activities is providing short-term loans on the security of personal estate of citizens and storage of things according to the requirements of the Bank of Russia and documents regulating activity of pawnshops.

In the Pawnshop CORP configuration accounting of economic operations with the industry standards of accounting (ISA) of the Bank of Russia and under RAS is implemented that provides comfortable conditions of accounting during a transient period and facilitates transition to EPS.

The Pawnshop CORP configuration provides automatic creation of personal accounts, has flexible configuration of rules of formation of personal accounts, provides closing of pair accounts, balance sheet calculation of the deferred tax assets (DTA) and deferred tax liabilities (DTL), closing of the period on the VAT, closing of year according to new standards taking into account the events after a reporting date (EARD), formation of the regulated reporting, accounting according to regulating documents of the Bank of Russia for non-credit financial institutions.

In addition to opportunities of the "Accounting of Non-credit Financial Institution" and "Enterprise accounting" configurations the Pawnshop CORP configuration contains the following subsystems:

• Accounting of NFO (pawnshops);
• Reporting of NFO (pawnshops);
• Operating activities;
• Accounting of loans and pledges;
• Accounting FSA (forms of the strict accounting);
• Storage and information processing on mortgage property;
• Check of partners on compliance with 115-FZ (POD/FT);
• Reporting of XBRL.

2018: Release "1C: Building pawnshop"

1C Company together with Axioma-Soft Development center announced on October 3, 2018 users and partners release of the joint solution "1C:Enterprise 8. A pawnshop CORP", developed based on a technology platform "1C:Enterprise 8.3" and the "Accounting of Non-credit Financial Institution CORP" configurations (the Development center developer — IT Capital Consulting). Software product "1C: The pawnshop CORP" is intended for the organizations which core activities is providing short-term loans on the security of personal estate of citizens and storage of things (pawnshops).

In the solution "1C: The pawnshop CORP" is implemented the functionality providing:

• accounting of economic operations with the industry standards of accounting (ISA) of the Bank of Russia;
• accounting of economic operations with RAS (for a transient period);
• accounting of operations on providing loans on the security of property;
• accounting of transactions of a registration and accounting of mortgage tickets;
• evaluating property;
• expanded description of characteristics of mortgage property;
• accounting of operations on storage, inventory and implementation of mortgage property;
• formation of the financial, regulated and management reporting;
• ensuring check of partners for the purpose of counteraction to money muling and financings of terrorism (POD/FT);
• preparation of the reporting in the XBRL format;
• verification of reports in the XBRL format and support of taksonomiya of the Bank of Russia for pawnshops;
• relevance of the kept shape at change by the Bank of Russia of industry standards of accounting records and taxonomy of XBRL.
