1C:Enterprise 8. Estimate

Product "1C:Enterprise 8. The estimate" (for July 15, 2013 - edition 2.3) it is intended for drawing up, calculation, storage and printing of construction estimate documentation: local and project estimates, summary estimates, sheets of write-off of resources (M-29), resource sheets, acts of the performed works (KS-2), the certificate of cost of the performed works (KS-3), etc. for all subjects of construction.

1C together with IMPULSE IVC companies and Ericos-TsSP company announced on July 15, 2013 release of new edition 2.3.

Edition 2.3 changes

• The document "Local Estimate" is finished

• Drawing up the document became more convenient, work with the limited costs is improved, on the Print settings tab the point "Round Results to Whole" is added, printed forms with a possibility of an output in basic and index price levels and their preserving in the MS Excel are edited and optimized;

• New printed forms are added to the document: "Resource sheet", Deficiencies list;

• In the document "The Act of the Performed Works" the Acceptance of Works tab is added;
• The report "A register of the performed works" is added (KS-6a form) which is applied to accounting of the performed works;
• There was a possibility of control of a planned and actual consumption of construction materials, constructions and products, and also formations of requirements statements in resources and forms of write-off of materials M-29;

Work with estimates and estimate and normative to bases became more convenient

• There was a possibility of installation of dependence between amounts of works in the estimate;
• Procedures of work with estimate regulatory bases are optimized;
• Import of estimates is optimized for more correct loading from other estimate programs;
• The appearance and structure of the estimate regulatory base (quotations, resources) is processed. Sorting of positions "one after another" in reference books "Normative Collections", "Quotations" and "Resources" is made;
• Drawing up local estimates became possible by all operating calculation methods (basic and index, basic and compensatory, resource);
• Input of a formula of quantity for unaccounted resources in the estimate is added;
• Full-text search for quotations in the estimate regulatory base on justification, the name, structure of works, the name of a resource and by other criteria became more convenient;

Service opportunities are expanded

• The mechanism of multi-user work with the software product without loss in performance is improved;
• The feature for use of templates when estimating is added;
• There was a possibility of canceling of the performed operations and return of the cancelled actions;
• Search and selection of documents is optimized.
