Product "1C:Enterprise 8. Fish processing", edition 1.3 it is developed on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform and intended for industrial automation, trade, accounting and tax accounting at the enterprises of the fish processing industry and in divisions on production from fish and seafood.

Main industry functionality of the program:

• Step-by-step production accounting with fixation of all stages of technology process;
• An opportunity to organize multistage acceptance of raw materials and auxiliary materials;
• Control and accounting of losses of raw materials and expense of auxiliary materials on operations on the actual expense or on the set regulations;
• Control of technology process, up to time of passing of production operation due to accounting detailing;
• Control of parameters of technology process (temperature, salt content, etc.);
• An opportunity to estimate participation of each employee in production process;
• Control of terms of product sales;
• Accounting of a turnover container;
• Address delivery with forwarding.

The Fish processing configuration is developed on the basis of the standard configuration "Management of Manufacturing Enterprise", an edition 1.3 systems of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8" with preserving of all main opportunities and mechanisms of this standard solution. The configuration is not the independent software product, its work requires the set 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform (not below version 8.2.19.130) or 1C:Enterprise 8.3 (version 8.3.3.687 above) in necessary quantity of workplaces.

The software product is protected and contains the code fragments which are not subject to change by the user, has hardware protection against unauthorized use. At the same time the principle of the maximum openness of the code for a possibility of adaptation of a product under needs of end users is implemented.

1C Company together with the company of Halibuts informs users and partners on release of new industry solution based on a technology platform "1C: Enterprise 8.2 - "1C:Enterprise 8. Fish processing", intended for control automation and accounting of the enterprises of the fish processing industry and divisions on production of fish products.

The solution allows to carry out the accounting and control of the movement of raw materials from cleaning and cutting of fish, before finished product output, to fix information at each stage of processing, up to individual indicators of work of each processor in real time.

In the solution health requirements and regulations "Productions and sales of fish products" - the SanPiN 2.3.4.050 - 96, were considered by the approved resolution of the State Committee on Sanitary and Epidemiology Surveillance of Russia of 3/11/1996 No. 6, the government decree, orders of the Federal Tax Service.

The Fish processing configuration is developed based on the standard configuration "Management of Manufacturing Enterprise" of an edition 1.3 systems of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8" with preserving of all opportunities and mechanisms of this standard solution.

When developing the software product experience of implementation at such enterprises of the fish processing industry as Interatlantik group, Plant of a Fish Gastronomy Ltd, JSC Rymmek and others is considered.

Description of functionality

In addition to opportunities of the standard configuration "Management of Manufacturing Enterprise", the Fish processing configuration considers specifics of the enterprises of the industry and provides following features:

• organize multistage acceptance of raw materials and auxiliary materials at the enterprise;
• apply different options of accounting of losses and an expense of auxiliary materials: on the actual expense or on in advance registered regulations;
• control technology process, up to time of passing of production operation due to accounting detailing;
• control over process parameters of production during production process;
• estimate participation of each employee in production process,
• estimate dynamics of labor productivity, both on division, and on each worker;
• keep account of a turnover container necessary for production.
