2015: About the Product

According to June 2015, Best Soft offered the 1C: Power software product in the automation market of fuel and energy enterprises. Management of a distribution network company, "which was essentially a solution for automating ERP systems in distribution network companies.

The structure of the ERP system reflected the logic of the construction and interaction of business processes of enterprises in the energy industry, each of which corresponded to a specific functional module (Fig. 1).

The main functional tasks were realized in three interrelated contours - production, management accounting and the financial and economic activity management framework (FCD).

Production loop

In the software product "1C: Power. The management of the distribution network company "implemented the following production tasks:

Electric Power Transport

• Accounting of the volume of electricity transit through networks not owned by the distribution network company;

• Accounting of the volume of electricity transmission to energy sales companies;

• Generation of reports based on information on performed power transmission and transit.

• Database Maintenance:
  • electricity consumers: legal entities and individuals;
  • commercial and technical metering points;
  • measuring systems of consumers;

• Flexible configuration of sub-consumer connection circuits;

Calculation of power supply by metering devices with various schemes for connecting sub-consumers (including multi-channel metering devices);

• Calculation of electricity supply using various calculation methods: by a fixed value, by capacity, by average;

• Accounting of acts of underreporting and recalculations;

• Calculation of the volume of losses among consumers;

• Generation of electric power balances;

Process connection

• Registration of applications for process connection;

• Maintaining the status history of requisitions;

• Accounting of technical specifications and contracts for process connection and calculation of their cost;

• Accounting of certificates of inspection of power plants, fulfillment of technical conditions, on the implementation of technological connection, delimitation of balance sheet ownership, delimitation of operational responsibility (activation of works on technological connection)

• Maintaining the history of the states of contracts for technological connection;

• Preparation of consolidated reporting and printed forms of technical specifications, contracts and acts.

Metrology

• Maintaining an accounting database containing information on all measuring instruments in operation or in storage, and entering information on changes in their technical condition;

Planning of checks and calibrations of measuring instruments and measuring channels;

• Accounting of the results of metrological works;

• Preparation of documentation regulating registration of metrological equipment in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 102-FZ "On Ensuring Uniformity of Measurements";

• Generation of summary reports on measuring instruments and measuring channels.

Equipment certification

• Accounting of the organization's electrical network hierarchy;

• Accounting of installed equipment;

• Planning of measures for equipment maintenance (diagnostics, repair, technical examination);

• Taking into account the history of movement of each object of certification;

• Maintaining an unlimited number of equipment characteristics with the possibility of further analysis.

Energy saving

• Planning of measures to reduce energy losses;

• Calculation of the planned energy and economic effect of the event;

• Development of the energy efficiency program of the enterprise divisions and the organization as a whole;

• Monitoring of measures to reduce energy losses;

• Recording of actual indicators of energy losses reduction due to measures;

• Development of consolidated reporting.

Production business processes are associated with the tasks of the FKD unit (Fig. 1) through tasks that determine the business planning of the electric grid enterprise: investment management, vehicle management, procurement management, consumer interaction, contract management and claim and claim activity.
