1C: The budget of the settlement 8 - the program configurations intended for automation of budget process in financial bodies of city or rural settlements, municipal districts, city districts and intracity territories of the federal cities which cash services are performed by Federal Treasury with opening of personal accounts to chief managers (to administrators of budget deficit financing sources with powers of the chief manager) and (or) to administrators of budget deficit financing sources, the main managers (managers) and (or) receivers of budget funds (the second option of cash services, the subparagraph of point 2.2.1 of the order MF Russian Federation No. 8n of October 10, 2008 in edition of 9/6/2013).

The product is provided by three versions:

• 1C: Budget of the settlement 8
• 1C: Budget of the settlement 8. Basic version.
• 1C: Budget of the settlement 8. NFR for one user

"1C: Budget of the settlement 8. The basic version" has technological and functional limits:

• Only one user can work with one information base at once of time.
• Configuration change is not supported, it is possible to apply only a standard configuration and to set its updates.
• Work in option the client-server is not supported.
• Work of the distributed information bases (DIB) is not supported.
• COM connection and the Automation-server is not supported.

If the user has requirements which are not solved within restrictions of the basic version, he will be able to pass to the program "1C: The budget of the settlement 8", not having the specified restrictions.

"1C: Budget of the settlement 8. Basic version"

Software product "1C: Budget of the settlement 8. The basic version" represents the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform and the Budget of the Settlement configuration with the restrictions on functionality described above and program system of licensing.

In the basic version electronic licensing of a product with program "binding" to the specific computer is applied. The key of hardware protection at the same time is not delivered.

The basic version can work only in a single user mode therefore for this version client licenses for expansion of quantity of jobs and also licenses for the 1C:Enterprise 8 server cannot be used.

Structure of a product "1C: Budget of the settlement 8. NFR for one user"

The NFR version is intended for internal use by partners of 1C Company:

• for acquaintance to a configuration of staff of the partner organization;
• for demonstration of systems capabilities to potential users;
• for user training.
• The NFR version cannot be used for internal automation.

2016: Edition 1.3

On March 3, 2016 1C Company announced an exit of edition 1.3 configurations "to 1C: The budget of the settlement 8" on the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform.

The functionality of the software product is added:

• support of the new Taxi interface – modern design of the interface, comfort of work of users for a long time, convenience of navigation.
• support of the thin client and web client, development of cloud computing.
• The order of use of budget classification is brought into accord with the order of Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation No. 90n from 8 iyunya2015.
• Forms of the reporting under planning and budget implementation for 2016 are changed.
• The regulated bookkeeping registers of financial body are brought into accord with the order of Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation No. 124n from 6 avgusta2015.
• Maintaining the register of payment commitment according to the order of Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation No. 103n of 7/1/2015.
• The subsystem for accounting of data on the interbudget transfers provided from the budget of the subject of the Russian Federation in the local budget in the form of the subsidies, subventions and other interbudget transfers having purpose according to the order of Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation No. 3n of 2/16/2015 is added.
• The subsystem for loading and processing of files in formats of Federal Treasury with information on cash transactions on personal accounts of organizations is added.
• The feature for flexible configuration of the used configuration subsystems by financial body of subsystems is added: use of functional units, frequency and detailing of maintaining planned targets, etc.
• The feature for more flexible configuration of procedures of budget control of primary documents is added. There was an opportunity a creation of the user templates of budget control on the basis of the standard templates of budget control included in delivery.
• The feature for more flexible configuration of reports using designers of reports is added. There was a possibility of creation of the user columns for data acquisition during creation of the user reports.
• The feature for editing models of printed forms of the documents and reports which are contained in a system is added.
