1C: Contracts 8

1C Company announced release 12/28/2015 of the new application solution "1C: Contracts 8" – the program for convenient accounting, control and the analysis of a contracted work.

The product "1C: Contracts 8" is intended for the small and medium enterprises with the developed contracted work: the trade, construction, transport organizations, IT firms, law and consulting firms and also for other organizations with non-standard services. The product can also effectively be used in small sales departments or purchases of large enterprises.

Keeps account of contractual documents

• Automatically creates files of agreements, estimates, applications, filling them with details from cards.
• Automatically numbers documents.
• Automatically selects partners for a TIN.
• Sends documents for approval to colleagues, traces and keeps results of approval.
• Traces validity periods of documents, payment stages, other control points of contractual documents and notifies responsible on approach of term and on delay.
• Monitors document transfer to the partner and return terms.
• Looks for documents both according to details, and in the text of files.
• Is able to accept and send documents by e-mail.
• Prepares the reporting under documents and terms for employees and heads.

1C: Contracts 8 will automatically trace events which require your attention, and will notify you on them by e-mail:

• you were appointed approving according to the document;
• approval of the document sent by you is complete;
• approval of the document which you initiated drags on more than for seven days;
• to an end of validity of the document for which you are responsible there were two weeks;
• validity period of the document for which you are responsible expired;
• at stages of the document for which you are responsible completion date expires;
• stages of the document for which you are responsible, overdue;
• the term of return of the document transferred by you expires;
• the term of return of the document transferred by you expired;
• vyshlanovy version of 1C: Contracts 8.

In comparison with programs 4601546123947 of 1C: Contracts 8 PROF and 4601546124258 of "1C:Contracts 8 on 5 users" "1C: Contracts 8. The basic version" has a number of restrictions:

• process of approval of contractual documents is not supported;
• configuration change by the user is not supported, it is possible to apply only a standard configuration and to set its updates;
• along with one information base only one user can work;
• work in the client-server option is not supported;
• work in regime of the web client is not supported (via the Internet);
• work in regime of the thin client is possible only with file information base;
• work of the distributed information bases is not supported;
• COM connection and the Automation-server are not supported.
• If in the organization there is a requirement of simultaneous operation of several users or there will be other tasks which are not solved within restrictions of the basic version, then in this case the organization will be able to pass to the 1C: Contracts 8 or 1C: Contracts 8 on 5 users program which does not have the specified restrictions.
