On August 25, 2021, 1C announced the release of the 1.1 edition of the 1C: Enterprise 8 product. Data transfer to FGIS CA "- a joint solution of 1C and the Omega Development Center (Omega LLC), developed on version 8.3 of the 1C: Enterprise 8 platform and changing the assortment.
According to the company, the product "1C: Enterprise 8. Data transfer to FGIS CA "is designed to automate the collection, placement and updating of the necessary information on estimated prices for construction resources to the Federal State Information System of Pricing in Construction (FGIS CA) from standard, industry and specialized solutions on the 1C: Enterprise 8 platform in accordance with:
- Order Ministry of Construction RUSSIAN FEDERATION of 29.03.2017 N 659/ave;
- Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 23.09.2016 N 959;
- Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 23.12.2016 N 1452.
- The configuration allows to download the qualifier of construction resources (QCR) from the FSIS CS, to carry out automatic comparison of the nomenclature of KSR and the producer/importer to accounting of units of measure, to publish data on the weighted average prices and volumes of shipments for the reporting period and also to export data in the format coordinated by FAU "Glavgosekspertiza of Russia" to the FSIS CS system from standard, industry and specialized solutions on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.
The functionality of revision 1.1 of the configuration "Data transfer to FGIS CA" is supplemented by the following capabilities:
- Added a process report on the integration logic with the FGIS CA, which allows you to identify errors and timely contact the technical support of the FGIS CA;
- Integration methods with typical 1C configurations have been updated, including 1C: ERP Enterprise Management, Rev. 2.5., to optimize integration, data exchange is carried out in the format.json;
- The procedure for integration with the FGIS CA has been updated in accordance with the latest version of the FGIS API.

The "Release/Production Volume Data" subsystem is designed to obtain output data for the reporting period from user accounts, contains customizable templates for obtaining data and includes:

- Process log and log report.
Another important aspect of the work of the programme is the storage of CEB elements downloaded from the personal account of the FSIS CA portal and related only to the current reporting period. At any time, the user can display a report on the compliance of the item and CEB elements for which he intends to send data to the FSIS CA portal.
The system can only work with the CEB directory in view mode. This is due to the fact that data gets into it only when loading CEB from a file or from the FSIS CA portal. New records are added to it, which are then available only for filling out documents.
The configuration "Data transfer to FGIS CA" is developed on the process platform "1C: Enterprise 8.3," which allows:
