1C: MTO Material and Technical Support

1C Company together with AXELOT company informs users and partners on release of the new specialized solution based on a technology platform of 1C: Enterprise 8.2 ‑ "1C:Enterprise 8. MTS Logistics", the management of logistics intended for process automation, taking into account features of activity of holdings and large industrial enterprises.

The MTS Logistics configuration is developed based on the standard configuration "Management of Manufacturing Enterprise" of an edition 1.3 systems of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8" with preserving of all opportunities and mechanisms of this standard solution.

Functionality of the solution allows to automate the following functions:

• planning of MTS: collecting and consolidation of needs for the material resources (MR);
• planning of processes of ensuring needs for MTR;
• executions of the plan of providing;
• operating control and analysis of execution of needs for MTR.

When developing the software product experience of implementation at such enterprises as JSC Irkutskenergo, Gazpromneft-Nefteservis LLC and others is considered.

Description of functionality

In addition to opportunities of the standard configuration "Management of Manufacturing Enterprise", the MTS Logistics configuration considers specifics of logistics of holdings and large industrial enterprises and provides following features:

• Process control of the centralized formation of materials requirements and the equipment on expense items and activities according to the selected budget (limit) on the basis of the uniform Qualifier of the material resources (MR)
• Process control of formation of materials requirements and the equipment on industrial facilities according to the planned actions for activities
• Analysis of compliance of needs for MTR to plans, projects, budgets, programs, scheduled preventive works, etc.
• Management of preparation and approval of the Plan of MTS
• Planning of purchasing activity according to the Plan of MTS
• The organization of competitive purchases of MTR and formation of the specification to delivery contracts with winning bidders
• Process control of control of existence of a remaining balance of MTR in warehouses and their distributions according to requirements
• Process control of control of a stock availability on emergency and unforeseen situations and behind timeliness of their replenishment
• Formation of the operational and management reporting about accomplishment of plans of providing and purchases on the basis of the uniform Qualifier of NSI
• Integration with the web platform of electronic biddings.

Functionality of mechanisms of planning of the logistics implemented in the MTS Logistics configuration is developed taking into account features of large Russian industrial enterprises and holding structures which for collecting, consolidations and approvals of requirements of MTR use Application campaigns. Use of Application campaigns for the purposes of formation of requirements significantly expands mechanisms of formation of requirements using the algorithms MRP/MRPII implemented in a subsystem Purchase management of the standard configuration "Management of Manufacturing Enterprise".

Effective process automation of logistics requires special attention to maintaining the normative reference information (NRI) which is used at the enterprise (reference books of MTR, Services, Partners) as otherwise will trace extremely difficult the movement MTR on all logistics chain. For process automation of management of NSI it is recommended to use the 1C software product: MDM Management of the normative reference information.

Solution "1C:Enterprise 8. MTS Logistics" underwent certification of 1C: Compatible, information letter No. 12820 of 12/16/2010.

The configuration is protected and contains the code fragments which are not subject to change by the user.
