1C: Management of insurance company - the software solution for complex control automation by business of insurance companies. Allows to automate the main sections of managerial and regulated accounting.


Sales management of insurance products

The insurance product is understood as a set of different indicators. First of all it consists of object types and risks corresponding to them. For example, insurance product CMTPL represents an object type Vehicle with two risks "the CMTPL in a part of the life and health" and "the CMTPL regarding property". When entering the new insurance contract it is necessary to select an insurance product from it, thereby having limited a set of objects and risks which can be selected from this agreement.

The insurance product can be any - i.e. the user just configures a combination of object types and risks. Besides, it is possible to select the predetermined type for an insurance product from a system - for example, the CMTPL. In this case, in a configuration for these products additional opportunities appear. For the CMTPL - in the agreement it is possible to fill out all necessary details on the vehicle, in documents on losses there is an opportunity to classify claims according to requirements of the statistical 2-C form.


Portfolio management of agreements of direct insurance, joint insurance

Contract management of insurance, joint insurance includes maintaining the complete information under the agreement. At the same time practically all information is periodic, i.e. can be changed and at the same time the change history will remain. A system accurately distinguishes a status of each agreement for each specific date. All changes under the agreement are made using the special document – the supplementary agreement. Under the agreement also early termination, resuming and prolongation is possible. All movements on accounting, tax and management accounting are performed automatically (there is an opportunity to configure different options of charges). But also there is a possibility of manual entry of necessary charges.

There is an opportunity to manage the relations with intermediaries. The list of intermediaries in the agreement is not limited. Options of conducting calculations, as through intermediaries, and directly with the partner (insurer) are possible.

Accounting and support of insurance contracts – a system operation basis. Extent of detailing of accounting is defined by the most insurance company, the minimum possible section of accounting – an insurance risk, along with it at a system there are concepts:

  • Types of insurance. The qualifier serves for storage standard (according to the current legislation) values of accounting of activities of insurance company;
  • Rules of insurance. The qualifier is intended for the licensed types of insurance;
  • Objects of insurance. Specific objects which were insured by insurance company;
  • Insurance product. Represents a certain standard set of the types, rules and objects of insurance available within one agreement;
  • Insurance risk. Represents the qualifier of insurance risks. Each risk belongs to one type of insurance and to one rule of insurance.


Support of agreements

On the basis of primary documents electronic document management, at the same time each transaction influencing details of the agreement forms, remains in a system.

Any changes are made to the insurance contract by the document "Supplementary agreement". At the same time the become effective agreement can be changed only using this document.

Using this document it is possible to change practically any details of the agreement (the object list and risks, beneficiaries, intermediaries, etc.). Since the most part of details of the agreement are periodic, they can change using supplementary agreements (and some time) and a system will store at the same time current meanings for each specific date - i.e. the complete history of the agreement remains.

The interface of the supplementary agreement is very similar to the interface of the agreement. For change of data, it is enough to edit details documents, so that conditions on the agreement were relevant for date of the supplementary agreement.

It is necessary to notice that this document not absolutely corresponds to the name and using it not only supplementary agreements, but also any other changes under the agreement which happened later its conclusions - prolongation, early termination are entered.


Creation of simple and difficult (periodic) payment schedules

A system gives an opportunity of the indication of the payment schedule according to the insurance contract. For simplification of input of the diagram there is a special mechanism "Assistant to Filling of the Payment Schedule". With its help, the user can create the diagram of any complexity for several seconds.

For ensuring creation of periodic payment schedules when money should arrive with the set frequency, in a system there are special mechanisms not to specify all dates of such diagram, and to specify only frequency of these payments.


Management of settlement on a commission fee with intermediaries

In a configuration there is an opportunity to manage the relations with intermediaries. The list of intermediaries in the agreement is not limited. Options of conducting calculations, as through intermediaries, and directly with the partner (insurer) are possible.

Intermediaries are understood as agents (legal entities and physical person) and brokers (legal entities). Owing to the fact that under one agreement the unlimited number of intermediaries can be specified the total amount of the commission is set in the agreement on an insurance risk, in shape Intermediaries the share of each intermediary in this commission treats. Total amount of all shares should equal always 100%.

At receipt of an insurance premium it is possible to specify what of intermediaries and in what size in it participates.

When charging remuneration to the intermediary control of amount of commission according to set in the agreement between insurance company and the intermediary is made.


Accounting of forms of the strict accounting

The configuration gives an ability to manage forms of the strict accounting, at the same time it is possible to keep number account of forms. There are transactions of receipt of forms (numbers can be set both the list, and range). Each form can be assigned to the responsible person and division. Further it is possible to perform movement of forms between material persons and divisions, to issue forms to the agent and to receive back unused forms from the agent. At execution of the agreement it is possible to specify the forms issued on it (at the same time control of existence of such numbers is possible). The damaged and lost forms can be written off using the special document.


Receipt of forms

  • Accounting of an unlimited number of types of forms;
  • Input of forms, as by specific numbers, and intervals of numbers;
  • Fixing of the arrived forms both to the separate responsible person, and to specific division.


Accounting of forms under the agreement

  • Possibility of maintaining the unlimited list of the issued forms on specific object of insurance with a possibility of subsequent change of number of the issued form (if there was a replacement of the form);
  • Automatic write-off from accounting of the form.


Other transactions

  • Movement of the agreement, taking into account new forms, responsible for accounting;
  • Internal transfer;
  • Issue to the agent;
  • Return from the agent;
  • Write-off of forms, as by specific number, and an interval of numbers. Classification of write-off by cuts, necessary for the reporting.


Management of settlement of losses Management of settlement of losses provides a full stroke of control over losses. A system allows to enter notifications on losses. On the basis of notifications notices of claim are entered, at the same time RZU given for calculation automatically are reflected. Further correction of claimed losses in the course of their settlement is possible, final settlement is performed using insurance acts. The statement can be entered under several agreements at once. One act it is possible to settle several statements at once. According to one statement there can be an unlimited number of adjustment documents and insurance acts.

On the basis of primary documents electronic document management, at the same time each transaction influencing a loss forms, remains in a system.

Main functionality of a subsystem:

  • maintaining notifications on a loss;
  • accounting of notices of claim. According to one statement several agreements relating to one insurance event can be considered at once;
  • losses are detailed on receivers of the subsequent payment;
  • for the sake of appearances insurance of CMTPL, a loss are classified by cuts necessary for the specialized reporting;
  • the insurance statement can be drawn up according to several notices of claim at once;
  • road accident accounting by the form insurance of CMTPL;
  • management of recourse actions;
  • conducting legal proceedings on subrogation/regress.


Portfolio management of agreements of the entering and outward reinsurance

Portfolio management of agreements of the entering and outward reinsurance provides automation of operations on the entering and outward reinsurance in insurance companies and includes:

  • Portfolio management of agreements of inward reinsurance;
  • Portfolio management of agreements of outward reinsurance;
  • Transmission control of an award;
  • Management of settlement of the losses accepted in reinsurance
  • Management of losses, transferred to reinsurance
  • Management of other transactions (depot award, bonuses, the account on recovery of a limit of responsibility, etc.)


Management of finance

The subsystem Management of finance provides accounting according to the Russian legislation on all sections of accounting and also conducting internal operational accounting with big detailing of data.

Functional features of a subsystem:

  • Providing multicorporate (and/or multifilial) accounting within one information system (and/or databases);
  • Chart of accounts of accounting and tax accounting of insurance company;
  • Reflection of operations on accounting, tax and management accounting;
  • Separation of options of charge of awards and the commission for the purposes of accounting and tax accounting;
  • Detailing of perfect operations on management accounting for drawing up the internal operational reporting.

Use of a management subsystem finance together with mechanisms of support of geographically distributed information bases allows to adjust effective management of finance of holdings and corporations, increasing transparency of their activity and investment attractiveness.

Functionality of a subsystem can be used by the chief financial officer, accountant officers and economical department and also other financial services of the enterprise.


Cash management

In "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of insurance company" documents according to the cash accounting assume reflection of operations on insurance not only on accounts of money, but also in additional registers (so-called Interpretations). I.e. basic principle of work with monetary documents following: at first the cashier can reflect operations on business accounts and post that movements on accounting and tax accounting were created. Then the same cashier or the special employee performs delivery of monetary documents according to additional registers with bigger detailing (up to objects and risks). At the same time registers can be autocompleted, but at the same time there is a possibility of their manual adjustment from documents.

The configuration gives an opportunity of conducting settlings with partners as on cash desk and bank, and carrying out offset.

Management of settlement in economic transactions Accounting of settlings with suppliers and buyers can be conducted in rubles, conventional units and foreign currency. Exchange and amount-based differences on each transaction are calculated automatically.

Settlings with partners can be conducted under the agreement in general or according to each settlement document (shipments, payments, etc.). The method of conducting calculations is defined by the specific agreement.

At document creation of receipt and implementation it is possible to use both the total prices for all partners, and individual for the specific agreement.


Accounting

The possibilities of accounting implemented in a system are designed to provide a full compliance, to both the Russian legislation, and requirements of real business.

The subsystem of accounting provides accounting according to the Russian legislation on all sections of accounting, including:

  • Operations on bank and cash desk;
  • Fixed assets and intangible assets;
  • Material accounting, goods, products;
  • Cost accounting and cost accounting;
  • Currency transactions;
  • Settlings with the organizations;
  • Settlings with advance holders;
  • Settlings with personnel on compensation;
  • Calculations with the budget.


Formation of the regulated and analytical reporting

The procedural transactions executed upon termination of a month including revaluation of currency, write-off of deferred expenses, determination of financial results and others are automated.

Distribution of indirect income and expense items executes distribution, the postings reflected in the posting journal of accounting connected with Cost items and "An other income and expenses" on types of insurance and types of an insurance activity (direct insurance, joint insurance, reinsurance). Distribution is performed with the following methods:

  • on the added insurance premiums;
  • specify distribution manually (not to distribute).

The document "Agreement of Direct Insurance, Joint Insurance" is the central link in a subsystem of direct insurance. In it all data agreements, necessary for further maintaining, are entered. It is necessary to notice that the most part of details of the agreement are periodic, i.e. can change for a certain date. At the same time a system stores all change history of details of the agreement. So, for example it is possible to add or delete objects and risks under the agreement. Change any amounts on risks. Change the list of intermediaries and beneficiaries. In a card of the agreement up-to-date data under the agreement are always displayed.

Under the agreement the unlimited number of the additional properties configured by users can be set.

After carrying out details of the agreement become unavailable to editing. All subsequent changes (in connection with change of terms of the contract) form using supplementary agreements which input, is performed on the Versions tab.

For ensuring sales of products through intermediaries the document "Receipt A-7" which will make movements on the register of the issued forms is provided in a system, at the same time the debt of the representative on money will be reflected. Also the document can do operations on charge according to the insurance contract if the charge method on payment is selected from the agreement and the receipt is the first payment document.

For providing the fast statement both one document, and a packet, in a system the possibility of "quick entry of documents" is put. It should be noted that using this function it is possible to enter the packet consisting of any documents. However the greatest relevance it is an opportunity acquires in work of the operator of the center of sales.

The template of loading is configured by the company once. At the same time the arrangement of elements and their structure will be defined independently.

For insurance contracts "numerator" can be defined. Extent of influence of details of the document is defined by the company. For example, it is possible to configure a numerator which will specify different number and a prefix of an agreement number, depending on the specified insurance product.

Also a system gives an opportunity of creation of any printed forms according to documents. For example, for the insurance contract, blank forms of policies and templates of printed forms of agreements can be defined. The quantity of any printed forms according to documents is unlimited, at the same time all of them remain directly in the database of a system. Templates of printed forms belong to the reference book of insurance products therefore it is possible to develop the sample for each product.

Thus, a system gives an opportunity to insurance companies to perform input directly from a workplace of the insurer or the operator of the center of sales.

At the same time an important point is here that insurance contracts can be reflected in accounting and tax accounting without participation of the accountant who can check afterwards correctness of their reflection and correct their details.

Multisection accounting

Accounting of an unlimited number of types, rules of insurance within one agreement is caused by the fact that all amount-based indicators (financial accounting) are specified by each object and risk.

The concept "object of insurance" of a configuration can not match the corresponding concept of insurance rules.

I.e. in a configuration this concept is used for designation of information unit on which risks are set. For example, for car insurance each object will be the specific vehicle. For the CMTPL an object will also be the specific vehicle though in terms of rules of insurance an object according to the CMTPL are the valuable interests connected with risk of the civil responsibility of the owner of the vehicle according to the obligations arising owing to damnification of life, to health or property of the victims when using the vehicle.

At the same time it is necessary to notice that each risk is connected with the corresponding type of insurance and the rule of insurance. Thus, the program will recognize to what type and the rule this or that amount-based indicator belongs.

The configuration gives an opportunity of maintaining outgoing agreements of reinsurance.

The following transactions are automated:

  • Setup and calculation of a share of the overcautious person in a reinsurance premium to agreements of proportional and non-proportional reinsurance;
  • Setup of detection of insurance contracts for determination of base;
  • Setup of types of calculations for calculation of an award;
  • Formation bordero transfers of awards;
  • Formation of the transfer account of an award;
  • Calculation of a share of the overcautious person in RNP;
  • Calculation of a share of the overcautious person in ZNU and payments;
  • Calculation of a share of the overcautious person in the Russian Party of People's Administration;
  • Calculation of a share of the overcautious person in return.


Sending reporting via the Internet

The functionality for work with 1C Reporting service which allows to send the regulated reporting to regulatory authorities is embedded in this application: FTS, RPF, the Social Insurance Fund, Rosstat and Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation via the Internet directly from programs of 1C: Enterprise without switching to other applications and refill of forms.

Except delivery of the electronic reporting, the 1C Reporting service supports:

  • Unformalized correspondence about FTS, RPF and Rosstat;
  • Reconciliations with tax (requests of ION);
  • Reconciliations with RPF (requests of IOS);
  • Sending registers of sick leave notes to the Social Insurance Fund;
  • Obtaining requirements and notifications;
  • Sending electronic documents in response to requirements of FTS;
  • Obtaining statements USRLE/Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs;
  • Possibility of formation of packets with the reporting in a format for banks and other receivers;
  • Retroconversion (transfer process of RPF of paper archive in an electronic form);
  • Sending notifications on controlled transactions;
  • Online verification of regulated reports.
