1C Company together with Audit-Escort company announced in February, 2017 release of the joint solution "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of microfinance institution and credit KORP consumer cooperative", 1C:Enterprise 8.3 developed based on a technology platform and the "Accounting of Non-credit Financial Institution CORP" configuration (developer – Development center IT Capital company).

Industry solution "1C: Management of microfinance institution and credit KORP consumer cooperative" is intended for complex automation of activity of microfinance institutions and credit consumer cooperatives: ensuring activities for providing and attraction of money, conducting accounting and tax accounting of all economic transactions of microfinance institutions (IFIs) and credit consumer cooperatives (CCC) on the Unified Plan of Accounts (UPA), reporting in compliance with the industry standards of accounting (ISA) approved by the Bank of Russia.

The "Management of Microfinance Institution and Credit KORP Consumer Cooperative" configuration is developed on the Taxi interface and uses all advantages of a technology platform of 1C: Enterprise of version 8.3 providing scalability, openness, simplicity of administration and configuring. The technology platform of 1C: Enterprise of version 8.3 allows to work in the mode of the thin client and web client with the accessibility to information base via the Internet including in the mode of low connection speed.

When developing "1C: Management of microfinance institution and credit KORP consumer cooperative" the project experience got during the work with IFI and the CPC was considered: PDA "Savings Bank", "Star-Konsaltgroup", Creditinvest PDA and others.

Main industry functionality of the program:

  • Providing loans;
  • Work with arrears;
  • Attraction of financial resources;
  • Accounting according to the Industry Standards of Accounting (ISA) developed by the Bank of Russia;
  • Automatic opening of personal accounts that allows to facilitate significantly work on maintaining analytical accounts and to exclude errors at their opening;
  • Reporting according to requirements of OSBU;
  • Automation of internal control for the purpose of POD/FT.

The configuration of PROF version has restrictions, in comparison with earlier released version CORP:

  • There is no possibility of accounting on separate divisions;
  • Setup of rules of automatic closing of the list of personal accounts by the set rules is excluded. There is a possibility of manual closing of personal accounts;
  • There is no unloading of memorial orders in the file;
  • There is no possibility of creation in the mode 1C: Enterprise of any reference book and the indication of value of any reference book in settings of opening of personal accounts;
  • The number of at the same time current agreements of the loans issued and attracted - on 3 thousand of each type is limited.


Functionality of the "Accounting of Non-credit Financial Institution" configuration:

  • Accounting on the Unified plan of accounts of NFO (the Provision N486-P of the Bank of Russia);
  • Support of maintaining 20 (25) –-place accounts of analytical accounting;
  • Support of account management of analytical accounting in foreign currency and rubles;
  • Flexible configuration of rules of generation of personal accounts as compliance to combinations of accounts of the second order, currency, sign of trust management and financial analyst;
  • Compliance of data of synthetic accounting to turnovers and account balances of analytical accounting;
  • Support of pair personal accounts (active/passive), automatic convolution of pair personal accounts;
  • Support of accounts without sign of the account, control of existence of balance on accounts for the end of day;
  • Formation of standard accounting reports both according to balance accounts of the second order, and on accounts of analytical accounting (the turnover balance sheet, cards of accounts, accounts analysis with detailing to analytics);
  • Fixed asset accounting and intangible assets;
  • Stock accounting and inventory accounting;
  • Cash accounting;
  • Accounting of settlement with partners;
  • Accounting of settlement with advance holders;
  • Accounting of income and expenses;
