1C: Network

1C: Network - the service implementing for the enterprises Electronic Data Interchange in interaction with partners in questions of delivery of goods and its implementation.

Service "1C: The network" consists of a data processing center - the certified EDI provider "1C: Network" and the mechanisms of electronic interaction delivered with standard trade configurations.

EDI provider "1C: Network" it is adapted to the Russian business practice. For this purpose 1C Company used results of work of interregional public organization "Standardization of Exchange of Business Information" (SEBI) which formalized exchange business processes, normal for Russia.

"1C: The network" supports exchange of documents for four business processes:

• data exchange about goods;
• exchange of commercial offers;
• order of goods, acceptance of the order;
• delivery of goods, delivery note, acceptance of the delivery note.

Infrastructure of service "1C: The network" includes several components. Its basis - the Data Processing Center (DPC) conforming to high requirements to fault tolerance and performance.

The DPC is placed with provider of communication of the first level and supplied:

• the system of self-contained power supply with uninterruptible power supply units and the diesel generator;
• gas fire extinguishing system;
• system of climate control;
• high degree of security of the equipment from unauthorized access;
• uninterrupted high-quality access to the Internet.

The program core of DPC interacts with a client part through web services. It executes routing of messages of EDI in the CommerceML EDI format between subscribers "1C: The network", implements the protocol of the guaranteed delivery and guarantees the sequence of delivery of messages.

Client part of service "1C: Network" – the information systems used by subscribers, first of all, products of the 1C: Enterprise family.
