Product "1C: Recruitment agency", to edition 2.3 it is intended for personnel recruitment automation. The program is focused on recruitment agencies and also services of personnel in the average and large organizations.

For directors of recruitment agencies the program provides:

• The reliable database of vacancies and candidates having the certificate of conformity of FSTEC of Russia;
• Relevant information on work of staff of the agency;
• Support of growth of the organization, thanks to flexible opportunities for setup and scaling.

For heads of services of personnel:

• Increase in efficiency of service due to automation of routine actions of employees;
• Operational report generation about work of service;
• Simplification of interaction with IT service, thanks to technologies known to the IT employees.

Main functionality of the program:

• The customer accounting, agreements and vacancies on which recruiters work;
• Accounting of candidates, including accounting of any additional information important for the organization;
• Search of vacancies and candidates in any criteria;
• Accounting of events: interviews, passing of a probation period, etc.; the calendar of events and a reminder is supported;
• The analysis of results of work of recruiters, including financial performance of work. Configuration "1C: Recruitment agency" it is developed using functionality of 1C:Subsystems Library.

The configuration is open and allows the user to make changes.
