2016: Release of the module "1C: Milk plant for 1C:ERP and 1C: KA2"

1C Company announced on December 2, 2016 release of an industry product "Module 1C: Milk plant for 1C:ERP and 1C: KA2" – the joint solution of 1C Company and Intensive Center Komlayn company developed on version 8.3 of the 1C: Enterprise platform.

The organizations using the software products containing configurations "ERP Upravleniye predpriyatiyem 2" or "Complex automation 2", can purchase "1C: Milk plant. The module for 1C:ERP and 1C:KA2" to integrate it into the unified information system, at the same time the integrated configuration will include a number of industry subsystems for acceptance, certification, processing of dairy raw materials and also for management of shipment and delivery of finished goods.

Functionality:

• Maintaining agreements with suppliers of dairy raw materials with registration of the price and surcharges for the arriving dairy raw materials depending on qualitative indexes;
• Raw materials arrival registration on the basis of data of laboratory of acceptance or direct input of the document;
• The analysis of the arriving dairy raw materials in quantitative and amount-based indices and also by qualitative and high-quality characters;
• Accounting of the arriving raw materials and finished product output in independent units of measure;
• Accounting and the analysis of any physical and chemical indicators of the purchased raw materials coming to production on any repartition and also the actual indicators of the released semi-finished products and finished goods and determination of a sort on them;
• Registration of qualitative indexes of finished goods, formation of "certificate of quality of finished goods";
• Maintaining compoundings with a possibility of input of regulations on release using calculation formulas, values of qualitative indexes of raw materials and finished goods;
• Calculation and reflection of consumption rates of raw materials and semi-finished products on finished product output and at each stage at its release;
• Reflection of development of semi-finished products and finished goods taking into account specifics of release of different nomenclature groups (whole-milk, hard cheese, dry products, etc.);
• Reflection of production of the main raw materials (semi-finished product) along with finished product output;
• Reflection of transfer and movement of finished goods, auxiliary materials, dairy raw materials between warehouses of the enterprise;
• Operational preparation of shipment of finished goods – formation of a delivery route, with a binding to it of the car, the forwarding agent and driver, printing of a set of documents for shipment.

Separate use of a full range of functionality of a product "Module 1C: Milk plant for 1C:ERP and 1C: KA2" and additional licenses to it without integration into the solutions containing the ERP Enterprise management 2 or Complex Automation 2 configuration is not provided.
