2017: Module Announcement

The electronic trading platform B2B-Center and the Best group of companies have developed a module 1C "Online Procurement," which allows you to automate the activities of the procurement division, as well as integrate the work on the site into the enterprise management system.

"The module, focused on small and medium-sized businesses, allows you to conduct purchases in electronic form and save an average of 20% of the initial contract price. Thanks to the integration of the site and 1C, users gained access to all the advantages of the B2B-Center through the interface of their control system, - said Alexey Degtyarev, General Director of B2B-Center. "At the same time, the module is suitable both for customers working under Law No. 223-FZ and for private companies."

The Procurement Online module includes all the main procurement management processes: formation of a plan, unscheduled procurement, announcement of purchases on the electronic B2B-Center site, receipt of proposals from participants, selection of winners based on the results of bidding, keeping records of procurement and technical documentation in 1C.

The Procurement Online module can work both autonomously and together with the standard 1C configurations: 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8, 1C: Trade Management 10.3 and 1C: Integrated Automation 2 by combining it into a single information base.
