2020: Start "1C Retail Cheker for Kazakhstan"

On September 1, 2020 1C Company announced start "1C Retail Cheker for Kazakhstan" - it is an additional product capability of 1C Goods which is issued under own name.

"1C retail Cheker for Kazakhstan" is an assistant-expert on assortment management for the director, the managing director, the merchandiser, the purchasing manager. When using this function every week on mail the letter will come with recommendations: what goods need to be purchased urgently to avoid the missed profit because of empty shelves at what goods a surplus stock and what goods should be counted (to carry out inventory) to be sure that account is kept truly.

The letter is separated into two zones:

1. The dashbord in which the status of the main indicators of management of goods is shown. Green color - everything is good, red - it is necessary to take measures:

Each block contains recommendations in the e-mail on TOP-3 to goods, i.e. three goods with the largest sum.

The recommendations of service are based on statistics of sales and a demand forecast, on the basis of data of information base "1C". The analytical block of service uses the mathematical models of forecasting considering trends, days with zero balances, seasonality (in limits as years, and on days of the week), holidays and sales. At the forecast algorithms of fine tuning and machine learning are used (change of parameters of calculation if the actual values disperse from forecast more, than on the error set by a system). All calculations are made on special dedicated servers.

Reports "1C Retail Cheker" can be made more precisely, having configured a product matrix. For example, to specify in settings delivery dates of products by the supplier, the size and a type of packaging, parameters of the calculation of a product in a trading floor and so forth.

"to 1C retail Cheker" will be useful to shops of retail (food, alcohol, household chemicals, medical goods, goods for the house and dacha, office supplies, pet goods, building materials, children's goods, etc.) with the range from 2000 names to Kazakhstan and using for accounting basic and PROF versions of the software products "1C: Retail for Kazakhstan", editions 2.2 and "1C: Trade Management for Kazakhstan", editions 3 (the list of software products will extend). Important: that service made the correct recommendations, the 1C base should be "worker", i.e. arrival and sales of goods are regularly brought to it.

The report with recommendations about TOP-3 is provided to goods in each block free of charge. The cost of complete report version - 3150 tenges a month for one outlet, it is possible to look at recommendations about all goods in the Personal account.

Complete report version "to 1C Retail Cheker" will also be available to Kazakhstan to users of the majority of the tariff plans "1C Goods for Kazakhstan".
