1SPARK Risks allows you to manage tax risks and comprehensively assess the reliability of counterparties. The service is intended for heads of enterprises and business decision makers, accountants, managers of material supply departments, financial services specialists, etc.

1SPARK Risks is built into 1C programs and provides users with information to make informed decisions. For example, a transaction with an unscrupulous supplier or insolvent buyer may result in direct financial losses. You paid and there's no item. Or vice versa - you put the item on credit, and the buyer does not pay.

Estimates created by Interfax in the SPARK system show the main risks faced by companies. They help understand how secure the selection of a new counterparty is:

  • The due diligence index shows the likelihood that the company is a "one-day firm";
  • Financial risk index - the probability of insolvency of the company;
  • Index of payment discipline - timely payment of invoices by the company.

The emergence of a negative factor in the counterparty's "portfolio" is reflected in the value of the Index, taking it to the "red zone" and signaling the need for additional verification of the company.

If any of the indices in the test is in the red zone (high risk), this is a reason for a detailed analysis. In particular, through the 1SPARK Risks service, you can get a certificate that contains detailed information on significant indicators of the counterparty's activities: identified risk factors, checks by government authorities, financial indicators, arbitration practice, enforcement proceedings.

The accuracy of the assessment based on the IDO was confirmed by testing, which Interfax conducted in 2015. Among 100,000 companies identified by tax authorities as unscrupulous, more than 90% had a high level of risk on the SPARK-Interfax IDO scale.

Another problem of cooperation with an unscrupulous counterparty is the risks of refusing to deduct VAT, additional taxes, fines for tax violations, penalties. The service "1SPARK Risks" will allow the accountant to warn the manager in time, minimize personal responsibility. If the decision on the transaction is still made, and the IDO signals the danger -; Prepare documents in advance to demonstrate due diligence.

Indexes take into account more than 40 factors and are constantly updated, thus allowing us to control the situation not only at the beginning of cooperation, but throughout it. Additionally, the service constantly monitors changes in the life of the counterparty. Liquidation, bankruptcy, reorganization, change of head, address, founders - information about these and other important events is promptly received in 1C. Notification occurs both when you start working with the program and "in place." For example, when you create a payment order for payment in the 1C program, you can see whether everything is in order with the counterparty.
