3S-Telematica

Considering world experience of development of the telematic systems, based on decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation on creation of a single federal system of the emergency reaction of ERA-GLONASS and also having own innovative developments, the Servispartner company created an automobile security system 3S-Telematica. The development purpose – increased security and comfort of car owners. The equipment is tested and recognized to completely meeting requirements of the Russian federal system of accident emergency reaction of ERA-GLONASS. System 3S-Telematica passed resource tests and also all necessary compatibility and security tests and is produced in Russia already serially.

Equipment manufacturing is developed and mass-produced at the end of 2011 at the JSC KZTA enterprise which is a part of the Holding company JSC Orion Concern Gosudarstvennoy korporatsii « Rostekhnologii".

All civil products of JSC KZTA and service in its service are certified and have the certificates of conformity to requirements of mandatory state standards issued by the certification bodies of products accredited by Gosstandart. On JSC KZTA the documentary quality management system conforming to requirements of GOST P ISO 9001-2008, additional requirements of GOST PB 15.002-2003 and the SRPP VT standards functions.

As you know, in 2009 there was a law obliging to install GLONASS systems on cars which transport passengers, dangerous loads and alcohol. Adoption of law in full and the date of its implementation is constantly postponed. In Russia there are about 8-9 million units of commercial transport for today. It is going to equip by 2015 about 20% of cars.

Few years ago top management of the companies not so strongly thought of questions of expenses of transport department. Now a trend such is that they began to fight for each kopek.
