2020: Development of the system of voice input

On September 3, 2020 company 3iTech announced development of the system of voice input of medical certificates for doctors and medical specialists in the field of ultrasonic diagnostics, endoscopic inspection, a magnetic and resonant and computer tomography. A system was used for interpretation of pictures of MRT of a brain in medical institutions of Moscow.

The solution developed by company 3iTech can be applied by doctors and profile specialists to reduction of time for routine operations on manual filling of diagnostic data, such as interpretations of pictures or results of endoscopy. A system unloads with the specialist in entering of data into the medical systems, increasing labor productivity and reducing time of inspection of patients.

In hospitals and clinics we often come up against a situation when the doctor examining the patient itself writes results of observation in the card or dictates to the nurse. Filling of documents takes a lot of time. Use of a system of speech recognition allows to exempt physicians from this loading. Good acoustic conditions and contextual restrictions allow to reach recognition pinpoint accuracy. Our development was tested by the Moscow physicians, using for interpretation of MRT of a brain. Speed of entering of data into the specialized systems increased several times, - Dmitry Makarenko, the development director of company 3iTech says.

The language model was adapted for specialized lexicon. For training of a neuronet the array of the anonymized records of the medical conclusions was used. As a result, it was succeeded to achieve the high accuracy of recognition.

The solution is implemented based on AI- platforms 3i VOX. The platform is built on own engine of speech recognition. 3i VOX is intended for intellectual processing and speech analysis. Uses open interfaces and allows integration with medical systems.
