3i NLP Platform as a part of "The unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases"

On May 10, 2017 the press service of consortium 3i Technologies announced inclusion of analytical software package 3i NLP Platform in "The unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases" the order of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications.

The software solution was included into the register at number 3498.

The register of domestic software quickly is replenished, in it more than three and a half thousand names now. So far these programs do not cover all needs of the state and business. However even the fact of interest in domestic developments from Russian authorities stimulates the industry. Creation of software, likely, one of the few segments of domestic economy which and in itself is quite viable. But, as practice shows if not to take system measures for maintenance of the Russian IT industry, then large world players, using the lobbist opportunities, gradually buy up qualified personnel and force out the medium-sized and small companies from large projects, leaving to domestic developers only the field of subcontract works and outsourcing programming. 3i NLP Platform

For May 10, 2017 3i NLP Platform is the special software intended for solving of tasks of processing of text data. The technology is used as the separate module which is built in other software, providing to the developer the corresponding functionality of API.

3i NLP Platform is technology for formation of statistical data for analysis results of text information in a natural language.

The software solution 3i NLP Platform supports the distributed processing of large volumes of data (Big Data), failsafe storage and high-speed processing by means of the Hadoop tools (HDFS, Hbase, SequenceFiles, etc.).

At text analysis of data a large number of the different statistical linguistic information comes to light. Its accounting gives the chance to increase the accuracy and relevance of results, for example, by search and text classification.

3i NLP Platform gives opportunities:

• formation and processing of statistical morphological information (quantity of word classes, their distribution in an array of texts, etc.);
• calculation of statistics on the revealed entities (persons, geolocations, the organizations) and to calculation results of determination of tonality of documents and entities;
• accomplishment of mathematical transactions over statistical data (intersection of the identified groups of data, search of copies of data in the set set, etc.)
• analysis of frequency responses of morphological and semantic information, graphic interpretation of statistical data

The technology acts on Linux OS.

3i NLP Platform is necessary the computing system with parameters for functioning not worse:

• CPU of 2.4 GHz (8 physical computing cores on 1 processor);
• RAM OF 16 GB;
• LAN of 10 Mbps;
• disk subsystem with a cumulative capacity not less than 1 of TB.
