Unlike resource monitoring and accounting systems, SUOS 5A.FinOps does not work with technical metrics, but with the economy of services - it connects resource consumption financial with business results. The platform is built on a service-allocation model. CPU, RAM, disk space, network resources and licenses are combined into a common pool and provided to users as services. The distribution of costs in P&L business lines occurs automatically based on consumption registers.

A self-service portal is available to end users that reduces resource retrieval times from days to minutes. The modular structure and the ability to customize for the specific needs of the client allow you to implement the system in stages - from a pilot project to full deployment.

We designed the platform for two groups of users. For CFOs, this is a budget justification tool and cost control for divisions. For IT teams - automation of accounting and the ability to show the cost of services to internal customers at the time of order.
