2019: ACS480

On November 26, 2019 AVV company provided the ACS480 drive for mechanisms of general purpose from family of universal drives for ensuring energy efficiency and high performance of process in the different industries of light industry, such as food industry, water supply and water disposal, systems of movement and others. The provided series, according to the producer, will be suitable for control of pumps, fans, pipelines, compressors and for many other applications. ACS480 drives are designed with the purpose to help to optimize technology process by the most effective and easy method. In a compact size the user receives the complete functionality necessary for basic applications, with intuitive and simple management.

According to the producer, the ACS480 drive of general purpose has all necessary main of functions by default. ACS480 will be an optimal solution for loadings with the variable moment at the expense of the built-in functions and prekonfiguriruyemy parameters, such as PID management, macroes and timers. The built-in EMS filter of category C2 meets requirements of the European and international standards that allows to use the drive in industrial and commercial conditions without installation of complementary external filters. For security of personnel and the equipment the drive by default includes function of safe shutdown of the moment of STO (SIL 3/PLe). In addition to it, the drive has a connectivity to different industry protocols and also connection on Bluetooth is available that allows to make setup of parameters and monitoring it is simpler using mobile devices.
